Remove fragile items, outdoor furniture, or sensitive electronics from the cleaning zones.
Ensure all windows and doors are completely securely closed to prevent water intrusion.
Provide access to a functioning, clean outdoor water supply.

While we take extreme care to protect your property and execute our services safely and professionally, The Pressure Washing Guys is not liable for existing damage, structural flaws, deteriorating surfaces (like old paint, loose siding, or brittle roofing), or water damage resulting from improperly sealed windows or doors.
